The printed materials are in pdf format, which means you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or greater to view them.   If you do not already have Adobe Reader click here to go to there site and download it.  The video is an .iso image of the DVD and you will need a DVD writer (burner) and software that will allow you to transfer this image to a DVD to play in your DVD player.  The brochure and DVD are large files (very large for the DVD) so it may take quite a while to download, depending on your internet connection.
